Abstract
Registration Fees	- Euro 250 per non Egyptian participant - Euro 100 per each non Egyptian accompanying person - L.E 500 per each Egyptian participant (not including the proceedings) (Payment should be received by May 1^st, 2008) Registration fees include coffee breaks, lunch during the conference, workshop dinner, proceedings and transportation from and to the BUE campus. The conference proceedings will be published by the American Institute of Physics http://proceedings.aip.org/proceedings/
